Terms and Conditions:
Payment: Once you have decided to purchase a carving, contact me via e-mail to confirm the total cost. Sorry, I do not accept credit cards; personal check or money order only. For custom made orders, 50% deposit in advance is required before I begin any work. The remaining balance is due once the work is complete, but prior to shipping. I will let you know when the payment has been received, and will keep you posted on my progress. 6% sales tax will be charged for PA residents only.

Packaging / Shipping: There will be an additional shipping charge added for packaging and shipping. I ship FedEx and insure the item for its worth. The charge will vary depending on the value of the item, as well the location of your shipping address. This charge may also be increased if the carving to be shipped is considered “oversized”.
I will notify you via e-mail as to when the item has been shipped, and can provide you with the tracking # if you so desire.
NOTE: Due to restrictions, I only ship within the United States.
Return Policy: It is my hope that you will be pleased with your purchase upon receipt. However, if you are not satisfied for any reason, the item(s) purchased may be returned for a full refund, minus any shipping/packaging fees. Please notify me within 2 days of receiving the item(s) you intend on returning; they must be shipped back to me within 10 business days. Otherwise, I will not accept the return. Damaged Items: I will personally package the item(s) to be shipped, and I do so extremely well. However, if you find something broken due to shipping, notify me within 10 days of receipt. I will start the claims process. Remember, FedEx requires you to save the box, wrappings, shipping materials, and broken items in order to be able to prove damages! If it is minor damage, we can determine whether to forego the FedEx claims process and have myself repair the damage; sometimes this is more desirable to the customer.
